ZOEY was adopted July 22, 2023 from ARF of Mercer (Animal Rescue Farm). ARF is an animal rescue group from Pennington, NJ that mainly places dogs/puppies from Puerto Rico. (Bark of Hope rescue, PR)

Zoey's mama is a white Siberian Husky Mix. I am not sure if she is in Puerto Rico or the USA.

Zoey (dog on right) with one of her litter-mate sisters (Rosita or Pelusa) soon after their arrival in late May to the USA from Rincin, Puerto Rico (Barks of Hope). They were born Monday, March 27, 2023 in Puerto Rico. Zoey came into our lives July 22, 2023, exactly when we needed her the most. Breed identification lists each littermate-sister as SIBERIAN HUSKY MIX.

This is Zoey, shortly after her arrival from Puerto Rico. She is our only dog (out of 17 dogs in 25+ years) that has a left hind leg dew claw although it is not fully developed. SO; at least 1 of her ancestors must be a breed that typically has dew claws on hind legs. Question? Do all dogs with rear dew claws always have front leg dew claws?

Zoey is "home at last". Her adoption day was Saturday, July 22, 2023, just a week shy of turning 4 months old. Zoey became part of our family when we needed her the most and we are so grateful to have her.

Zoey wears her red leash every day while in training. She COMES, SITS, LAYS DOWN, and easily learned how to use the doggie door by following the other dogs in the house. Her pottying is near perfect and she loves her 2 LONG WALKS EVERY DAY with her best girlfriend.

Zoey has a white undercoat yet her top coat is long and golden colored like a Golden Retriever.
