Out back under a sequoia in a big hole Keiki dug. He lies there as if asleep but us actually stealth-guarding. Milou sleeps with both her elders but she only nestles into Keiki like here.

This wyandotte will have no nonsense from a pup. Good for Milou knowing to look away and not appear threatening.

This hen was raised by Keiki so she’s less nervous and will let Milou get close.
