Penn hip results Koby is above the 90th percentile out of over 12,012 German Shepherds Tested his results are 0/23 and 0.25 equivelent to an OFA Excellent but more accurrate as they take 3 x rays to OFA's 1 X Ray and use math of all German Shepherds tested instead of an average of 4 vets opinions. only specially trained vets can perform Penn hip testing and it is very expensive
