A very young Ishtar attempting to play with the daughter of my dead cat. Unfortunately she is a 10 year old cat who had no litter mates and does not play. She's moved to my mother's house but I'll get Ishtar a young playful cat. She likes cats, treats them a bit like small dogs. Even outside she does not hunt cats, just tries to invite them to play and the last time she saw this cat, at my mother's house, she sniffed her then licked her all over.

Ishtar with her friend Merel, another Saarloos Wolfdog who lives very close by; in the water together cooling down, drinking, and still playing a bit after intense lengthy play, Ishtar is walking in front of Merel when the film begins. (they're look quite different and probably the easiest way to tell them apart is that Ishtar is much greyer, especially around the face and head)

Ishtar playing with Nacho, a befriended husky who she gets along with very well and really enjoys playing with (they share a similar play style).

She loves sticks, if there aren't any dogs outside, nature is good entertainment.

If I throw a stick in the lake (not overly deep) she retrieves it. I didn't teach her this, she learned by watching other dogs do it all the time and this one time some dog didn't run after the stick and totally unexpected Ishtar jumped in and brought it to me, since that day I occasionally throw sticks for her myself.
