Every summer, we spend most weekends at a freshwater lake in the adirondacks - Gilly has slowed down in recent years, but he used to fetch the stick or ball in the water for hours

At the dog park on an early spring day. When he was young, we used to go nearly every day! He loved playing with small and big dogs alike and made friends with everyone! If there was a little girl at the park that day, she would inevitably pick him up and carry him around. He's always been so tolerant and mild mannered. When I got a 2nd dog that was dog aggressive, we had to stop going. Now, as he a senior, he doesn't want other dogs to mess with him, so he's not as friendly.

He's always been so playful and has loved his toys! He comes to me to initiate a play session and loves to be chased.
