Beau being silly with my late dog, Chili. They were best friends, and when Chili got an aggressive oral cancer, Beau alerted me by lifting her lip and whining. He was instrumental in catching it early and helping Chili to be with me for several more years.

Beau's intense gaze and alert body are so lovely to me.

Although it didn't come out in his DNA, I believe Beau may have some mountain goat in him. He loves to climb on top of things to get a better view. I once found him perched on top of my upright piano.

Beau loves to curl up in unattended boxes. Since he's a contortionist, it's no problem for him to make himself fit.

Beau's tail is so beautiful.
